中国软科学2007年第2期 浙江省城市土地集约利用的空问差异研究 — — 以PSR与主成分分析的视角 冯 科，吴次芳，刘 勇 (浙江大学 公共管理学院，浙江 杭州310029) 摘 要：从城市土地利用中的人地关系分析入手，阐述了城市土地集约利用的PSR概念系统，并据此构建了评 价指标体系，然后采用主成分分析法，从区域空间的角度对浙江省l1个地级市的城市土地集约利用情况进行了 测度和评价。结果表明：①浙江省东北部地区城市土地集约利用效益较高，西南部偏低，这主要是由于区位优势 和产业结构的差异所致；②通过相关分析，发现浙江省城市土地集约利用水平与其PSR系统的协调度成正相 关。这说明PSR各子系统及其内部各因子之间的协调性很大程度上可以反映城市土地集约利用的均衡度，模 型可信度比较高，可供有关方面参考借鉴。 关键词：PSR；城市土地集约利用；主成分分析；空间差异；浙江省 中图分类号：F293．2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：lo02—9753(2007)02—0102—07 Spatial Difference of Urban Land Intensive Use in Zhejiang Province — — A Case Study Based on The Principal Component Analysis and PSR Model FENG Ke，WU Ci—fang，LIU Yong (College ofPublAdministration，Zhejiang Univeni@，Hangzhou 310029，China) Abstract：Starting with the analysis of the man—land relationship in the course of urban land intensive use，this paper explains the system of PSR conception about urban land intensive use and puts forward the index system based on PSR model、Then the method of principal component analysis is adopted to calculate the urban land intensive use of l l cities in Zhejiang province with the formation of the index system and the result is graded．Based on the facts of Zhejiang prov- ince，two conclusions are drawn．First，urban intensive use in the northeastern of Zhejiang province is more intensive than that in the southern and western part of Zhejiang province，because of the difference location and industrial struc． ture of these areas．Second，urban land intensive is positive correlate with the harmonious degree of PSR． This shows that the harmonious degree between every subsystem of PSR and other inner factors could reflect the balance degree of urban land intensive use，it
