Following the clarity of the connotation and meaning of the innovation platform for enterprise-university-research institute cooperation, this paper studies the organizational structure and constituent elements of the innovation platform for enterprise- university-research institute cooperation and puts forward the constructing mode and the operation management mechanism of the platform in the hope to provide the construction of the innovation platform for enterprise- university-research institute cooperation with some specific ideas.
