Handling, report, inspection and education of emergency  1. Principle of emergency plan 1.1 To minimize personnel lose in case of emergency; 1.2 To reduce damage of construction, installation, equipment and the environment; 1.3 To provide organization chart and programme; 1.4 To control and reduce emergency, the emergency group member must be passed special training; 1.5 To resume normal working in minimum time. 2. Definitions Emergency Emergency is anything unexpected, usually refer to those happened or will happen. Partial emergency plan In order to have better control of emergency, emergency groups need to work in different part of work site. General emergency It refers to emergencies that involve all groups and defense plans to be applied in the work site and foreign aid. Emergency group It refers to persons in charge of controlling emergency and consequences of emergencies. Urgent action implies actions taken in the emergency site, PIC must assign nominated and specially trained member to implement urgent task. Escape Escape is the action taken when facing great danger.
