茶皂素毒性刺激性试验及抑茵作用研究

摘要：为探讨茶皂素的毒性、刺激性及抑茵作用，将不同质量浓度的茶皂素单次涂抹于家兔背部完
整／破损脱毛皮肤上，观察皮肤红斑及水肿情况；取不同质量浓度的茶皂素滴于家兔眼内，观察其刺
激性；取适量不同质量浓度的茶皂素涂抹于大鼠背部完整皮肤上，观察毒性反应；采用滤纸片法，测
定茶皂素对常见致病菌的抑茵作用。结果表明：质量浓度为40mg／mL的茶皂素对皮肤有轻微的
刺激，16mg／mL的茶皂素对眼有轻微刺激；茶皂素无明显毒性作用；茶皂素对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡
萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母茵有较明显的抑制作用，对白色念珠茵有一定的抑制作用，对绿脓杆菌
无抑制作用。
