Research is also imminent for East furniture. Although the concept of East furniture was formally proposed in 2009 , but its unique geographical characteristics of folk carved mahogany furniture has always existed and have a long history. China has been a lot of research personnel and industry experts to explore the Dongyang area’s woodcarving study, and has information and literature which were available for later reference. However, the East furniture in academia for reference information or literature is still a blank area. This paper analyzed the impact on cultural elements of Dongyang furniture to provide a basis for Dongyang furniture design, production.
