大学文化视域中大学文化符号建构探析 　　摘 要 大学文化建设已成为我国大学建设的重点以及发展趋势，准确把握大学文化符号的构建与发展，有助于大学文化建设研究的发展。明确大学文化符号构建的相关理论有利于高校在大学文化建设中理清思路，确定重点，少走弯路。本文在大学文化的视域下通过对大学文化符号的内涵解读及发展现状分析，阐述了大学文化符号的普遍特征和一般建构原则，力求通过提高大学文化符号的精神渗透力和文化传播力，进而增强大学文化符号对大学文化建设的整体提升作用。 关键词 大学文化符号 建构 影响因素 中图分类号：G640 文献标识码：A A Preliminary Study on the Construction of University Culture from the Perspective of Cultural Symbols in the University SONG Longfei[1]， LIU Qiang[2] （[1] Institute of Higher Education， Dalian University， Dalian， Liaoning 116622； [2] School of Marxism Studies， Dalian University， Dalian， Liaoning 116622） Abstract University cultural construction has become the focus and the trend of Chinese university construction. Grasping accurately the construction and development of university cultural symbols contributes to the progress of the study of university cultural construction. Holding the clear theories of university cultural symbols construction is conducive to a clear thinking and the key point set up in the progress of university cultural construction with less detours. Under the perspective of university culture， this thesis states the general characteristics and construction principles of university culture symbols through the connotation analysis and current situation of university culture symbols. It aims to enhance the overall university cultural symbols’ effect on the university culture construction through improving the spiritual penetration and cultural transmission force of university cultural symbols. Key words university cultural symbols； construction； influencing factors 符号是人们共同约定用来指称一定对象的标志物，它可以包括以任何形式通过感觉来显示意义的全部现象。在这些现象中某些可以感觉的东西就是对象及其意义的体现者。①大学文化符号可以理解为是一所大学内独特文化的抽象体现，是一所大学文化内涵的重要载体和表现形式。大学文化符号可以是校徽、校歌、校训，可以是一所大学多年形成的自然景观或是一座建筑，也可以是一所大学的某个约定成俗的仪式，更可以是其发展理念或管理方式。比如提到符号“未名湖”便想到了北大，提到“划龙舟比赛”便想到了牛津和剑桥，提到“军事化管理”便想到了西点军校等等，大学文化符号正是以它独特的表征体现着一所大学的文化和精神。 1 大学文化符号的基本特征 有关大学文化符号的研究，国内不同学者基于不同的理论之下存在不同的观点，但由于目前国内对于大学文化符号的理论研究相对较少，少有形成系统理论的阐述。大学文化符号的研究离不开符号学理论、大
