In this article, through the analysis of the situation of literature system of science and technology document resources in Ningxia, literature integration status, after analyzing the present situation and problems of service system and service mode. In the era of big data in Ningxia and the innovation of science and technology literature resource construction problems of service ability, and some suggestions for improving ability of constructing and the innovation service ability under the background of science and technology document resources construction in Ningxia were listed.
