腔内超声在多囊卵巢综合征并发子宫内膜增生症中的诊断价值 鲁琰，韩静，马戎3 （1．甘肃省妇幼保健院，兰州 730050；2.兰州军区机关医院；3.） 【摘要】 ?目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS）并发子宫内膜增生（endometrial hyperplasia,EH）的子宫内膜厚度及子宫、卵巢血流动力学改变的腔内超声诊断价值。方法:对89例多囊卵巢综合征患者( PCOS)根据是否合并EH进行分组，合并EH组，n=13；不合并EH组，n=76。超声检查内容,观察子宫内膜厚度及卵巢血液参数变化以及子宫动脉血流参数。结果:PCOS并发EH组的子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P ?0. 05) 。子宫动脉搏动指数和阻力指数小于未并发EH组，差异有统计学意义（P ?0. 05）。PCOS并发EH组和对照未并发EH组的卵巢阻力指数( RI)，无统计学意义（P 0. 05）。结果显示PCOS并发EH组患者的子宫内膜增厚,卵巢血流丰富,子宫动脉阻力指数明显减低。结论:腔内超声诊断对于PCOS并发EH诊断具有重要的临床意义。 【关键词】:多囊卵巢综合征;子宫内膜增生;腔内超声 :R445.1 　　文献标识码:A Endoluminal ultrasound in the diagnosis PCOS with EH Luyan,hanjing.Gansu Maternal and Child Care Hospital,Lanzhou 730050 ;Military Mechanism Hospital of Lanzhou 【Abstract】 Objective:　To determine the value of ultrasonic diagnosis in the endometrial thickness and hemodynamic changes of uterine ovarian cavity in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) complicated with endometrial hyperplasia(EH).ListenRead phonetically Methods: 89 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS )are grouped according to whether the complicated EH,13 cases complicated with endometrial hyperplasia (group 1) ,and 76 cases without EH (group2).For each patient, thickness of endometrium and the changes in ovarian perfusion and Uterine artery blood flow parameters were got by Ultrasonograph .Results: The thickness of endometrium in PCOS with EH group was thicker than in control group ;The ovarian peak systolic blood flow velocity ( PSV) in PCOS with EH group was faster in than in control group ( P ?0. 05) . the difference of ovarian resistance index (RI) in PCOS with EH group and control group was not statistically significance.It was showed that endometria increased, ovarian perfusion was rich and blood flow resistance was low in PCOS with EH group.Conclusion: Ultrasonographically examination has clinically Significance in the diagnosis of PCOS patient with EH . 　 【Key words】: polycystic ovary syndrome; Endometrial hyperplasia; Endoluminal ultrasound 多囊卵巢综合征（polyc
