Associate Prof. U-Youxiang has helped me a lot in the completion of this paper. Through exploring the impact of mankinds marine consciousness towards marine industry and applying appropriate researching method named as investigatioii, induction, comparison and synthesis on the basis of relevant educational principles, this thesis intends to analyze the current status and existing problem of modem Chinese national marine consciousness. It is aiso expected to put forward the consideration on building modem Chinese nationwide ：consciousness educational system, ；presented in three chapters. Based on the analysis of marine strategic position and its value, chapter 1 mainly attaches the importance of ocean in the current stage and sustainable future development of human life, analyzes the developing process of mankind marine consciousness, sums up the crucial position of mankind marine consciousness that towards exploring and utilizing ocean resources, bring forward the importance and of marine consciousness education. Chapter 2 aims to analyze the reason that contemporary Chinese nationwide weak consdousness by the investigation of current status. Combined with many problems facing Chinese modem marine strategic environment, the thesis makes a close analysis on the urgency of enhancing Chinese nationwide marine consciousness education. Chapter 3, the mainly part of this thesis，indicates how to deepen and develop contemporary Chinese nationwide marine consciousness education. By analyzing the existing problem and conducting relevant education theories，the thesis puts forward the consideration on building contemporary nationwid
