普通高中与国际高中生学习拖延症的差异及解决办法的研究计划 CTB 拖延急诊室小队 年 月 日 2017 1 7 摘要 拖延症一种在21 世纪非常普遍的心理疾病，在大学和高中生中尤为常见。本课题拟从南昌 市作为起点，从学习拖延症角度入手，针对国内高中生学习拖延的差异性展开调查。其中，以 国际班与普通高中生学习拖延的差异性作为切入点，在探究两种人群的学习拖延症状轻重程度 之上，同时对比两种人群关于拖延症的具体的起因、拖延症状、对日常生活的影响展开深入调 查。本研究的具体进行计划将以：研究、调查、分析，解决方案四部分组成。研究阶段，两名 成员负责对于学习拖延的各方面展开大量的学术研究，对被调查人群学习拖延情况对比的初步 判定与假设。与此同时，两名成员将一直负责每一阶段的宣传工作，包括利用网络及社交媒体 资源。其中，两名成员将负责调查阶段，以发放调查问卷的形式，收集研究对象的拖延症情况 的初步数据并验证假设的准确性，预计在一月下旬完成。在2 月上旬完成调查阶段的数据分析 后，以访谈的形式做深度个体调查。根据调查成果，结合学术资料和实际调研，所有成员将进 行数据分析并在2 月下旬得出初步的解决方案。随后，将检验解决方案的合理性，并作出最终 设计。在研究阶段的阶段性目标为找到高中生拖延的原因及其严重性，并研究出一套切实可行 的方案。并且通过网络平台等媒介，让更多的学生意识到拖延症的严重性并且将研究出来的解 决方案成功的减轻其症状。 Procrastination, a commonly psychological disease in 21st century, spread among the university and high school at a sparklingly rate. Our project aims to investigate the difference between the international and normally high school students in terms of their current procrastination situation in learning area, Nanchang will be the main place where the main investigation took place. Based on the exploration of different level in terms of procrastination, comparing the specific causes, symptoms, and the influence for the normal life will also be investigated.The specific plan for the project composed of research, survey, analysis, and the solution. In the first stage, there will be 2 members in charge of gathering valuable academic information in this area and making the hypothesis about the difference between the Chinese international and traditional high school students.
