广西科技大学 普通本科毕业设计（论文）说明书 课题名称 ——空调系统设计 系 别 汽车与交通学院 专 业 车 辆 工 程 班 级 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 2015年 5 月 19 日 摘 要 汽车空调能实现对车厢里空气进行制冷、加热、换气和空气净化的电器。它可以为人们提供舒适的坐车环境，降低人们的疲劳，提高行车安全。汽车空调成为衡量汽车功能是不是完善的标志。 房车空调的作用不必多说。房车空调已不再是高端大气的象征，不仅房车、轿车上采用空调，货车、工程车上也纷纷安装了空调。大家对空调的需求越来越迫切，对汽车空调品质质量要求也越来越严格。 最近几年，我国的公路一直在新建，特别是高速公路快速发展，这些公路发展导致了汽车行业的高速发展。与此同时，随着全球变暖致使气温上升，这种导致城市交通运输车辆也都采用了空调装置，前面两种影响造成人们对空调需求大大增长。因为我们国家客车车型是自主研制开发的，其中空调整个系统都需要我国客车厂和空调器厂自行设计、配套，因为这些原因导致汽车制造厂、空调器制造厂及空调器维修站迫切需要了解汽车空调的相关的知识。 随着汽车空调的普及与发展，汽车空调的发展史可分为五个阶段、：单一取暖阶段、单一冷气阶段、冷暖一体化阶段、自动控制阶段、计算机控制阶段。汽车空调的控制方式也历经了由简单到复杂，在由复杂到简单的过程，而汽车空调装置的电路控制方式也在不断更新换代。 关键词: 汽车空调 故障诊断 维修 注意事项 Abstract Automobile air conditioner can realize the compartment air cooling, heating, ventilation and air cleaning appliances.
