On Factors Affecting College Students ’ Continued Mobile Library Usage Behavior and Its Measurements ———Based on Expanded Expectation-Confirmation Model of IS Continuance DENG Li- jun , YANG Wen- jian Abstract Through questionnaires and data analysis ，this paper reports that user is one of the most important factors affecting college student ’s continued usage of mobile library. Based on EECM-ISC，it verifies with α coefficient ，CR data，mean value and load factor analysis that user factor comes next in importance to information quality in the continuance of using mobile library ，beyond the system quality and the service quality. It suggests that library should held training sessions ，literature retrieval courses ， one-hour lecture series ，mobile library retrieval contest and the like to improve patrons ’ability of using mobile library. Besides，it is supposed to cultivate students ’interests in mobile library and make them use it persistently by putting mobile library service into academic learning———joining it with resources auxiliary system (electronic teaching reference system ，etc.) By this way ，it promotes the development of mobile library service.
