食品研究与开发 ２０14 年 2 月 分离提取 Ｆood Research And Development 第 35 卷第 3 期 23 DOI ：10.3969/j.issn.1005-6521.2014.03.007 花楸叶活性成分提取工艺的优化 柴军红，何婷婷，金志民，马怀良，肖杰，张鹏 （牡丹江师范学院，黑龙江 牡丹江157011） 摘 要 ： 建立花楸叶中黄酮、多糖、萜类同步快速提取工艺，以期为花楸叶活性成分药用价值开发提供工艺基础。以 花楸叶为原料，以总黄酮、多糖、总萜提取率为技术指标，通过提取方法对比试验，采用正交设计与多指标综合分析法 ＞ 乙醇浓度＞pH（料液比）＞酶添加量，优化最佳工 （权重）探讨提取工艺的影响因素。影响因素顺序依次是：超声波时间 艺参数：超声波时间 25 min ， 乙醇浓度 50 % ，料液比 1 ∶ 25（g/mL ），pH=4 ， 酶添加量 5 mg/g 。本工艺 3 种主要指标均比 传统提取法有很大提高，放大 20 倍实验表明工艺较为稳定，标准偏差均在 3 % 以内。 关键词： 花楸叶；黄酮；多糖；萜类；工艺优化 Optimization of Extraction Process for Active Components from Sorbus Leaves CHAI Jun-hong ， HE Ting-ting ，JIN Zhi-min ，MA Huai-liang ，XIAO Jie ，ZHANG Ping （School of Science and Technology ， Mu Dan Jiang Teachers College ， Mudanjiang 157011 ， Heilongjiang ， China ） Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ ： To establish simultaneous rapid extraction process for flavonoids ， polysaccharides ， terpene from Sorbus leaves ， it is expected to be promoted to active ingredients of Sorbus leaves to provide technology-based.
