花楸叶活性成分提取工艺的优化

摘 要 : 建立花楸叶中黄酮、多糖、萜类同步快速提取工艺,以期为花楸叶活性成分药用价值开发提供工艺基础。以
花楸叶为原料,以总黄酮、多糖、总萜提取率为技术指标,通过提取方法对比试验,采用正交设计与多指标综合分析法
> 乙醇浓度>pH(料液比)>酶添加量,优化最佳工
(权重)探讨提取工艺的影响因素。影响因素顺序依次是:超声波时间
艺参数:超声波时间 25 min , 乙醇浓度 50 % ,料液比 1 ∶ 25(g/mL ),pH=4 , 酶添加量 5 mg/g 。本工艺 3 种主要指标均比
传统提取法有很大提高,放大 20 倍实验表明工艺较为稳定,标准偏差均在 3 % 以内。
