In recent years, the practice of smart community, which is mostly dominated by governments and companies, has been carried out in cities across China. It has already made some achievements, but there were also some problems, including the strong dominance of governments, the technology-oriented or system-oriented framework, and the negligence of community planning and residents social interaction. This study proposes a sort of human-oriented smart community, based on data center which consists of individual data of residents, which includes smarter community planning, informatization management, personalized service and social interaction.
