水生蕹菜对沼液净化效果的研究

摘 要:为研究水生经济植物对沼液净化处理的效果,笔者开展水生蕹菜对不同浓度沼液的净化试验,通
过测试水生蕹菜对沼液中COD、TN、TP 的去除效率及其生化指标,分析水生蕹菜的食品安全性与经济
效益。试验结果表明:水生蕹菜可以在高浓度沼液中栽培成活,并对沼液具有较强的净化效果;稀释40
倍沼液COD 去除率最高,稀释30 倍的沼液水培水生蕹菜经济效益最好,重金属指标符合《绿色食品水
生蔬菜》(NY/T 1405—2015)标准要求。通过沼液种植水生蕹菜既能充分利用沼液中的营养物质,又能
减少养猪场污染物排放,而且其食品安全性又有保障,具有良好的环境与经济效益。

Abstract:Tostudythepurifyingeffectofaquaticeconomicplantsonbiogasslurry,inthisresearch,purifying
experimentsofaquaticwaterspinachwereconductedondifferentconcentrationsofbiogasslurry,theremoval
efficiencyofCOD,TNandTPinbiogasslurryandthebiochemicalindexweretested,foodsafetyandeconomic
benefitsofaquaticwaterspinachwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthataquaticwaterspinachcouldbe
cultivatedinhighconcentrationofbiogasslurryandhadstrongpurifyingeffectonbiogasslurry;theremoval
rateof CODreachedthehighestwhenaquaticwaterspinach was cultivatedinbiogasslurry diluted40 times,
andaquaticwaterspinachhadthebesteconomicbenefitswhencultivatedinbiogasslurrydiluted 30 times,
heavymetalindicatorsmetthegreenfood standardsforaquaticvegetables(NY/T 1405—2015).Aquaticwater
spinachcultivatedin biogasslurrycouldnotonlymakefulluseofthenutrientsinbiogasslurry,butalso
reducepollutantemissionsofpigfarm, thustoguaranteefoodsafetyandgoodenvironmentalandeconomic
benefits.
