成都中医药大学硕士论文 瘘管切开部分缝合治疗低位肛瘘的临床疗效观察 摘 要 目的：观察和评估瘘管切开部分缝合手术方式治疗低位肛瘘的优 劣及临床疗效。 方法：将 60 例低位肛瘘患者随机分成试验组和对照组，其中试 验组30例采用瘘管切开部分缝合术式，对照组30例采用肛瘘切开术。 观察两组病例的疗效、术中出血量、术后反应及并发症、切口愈合情 况、瘢痕形成、肛门功能及随访半年内的复发情况等，应用统计学软 件SPSS17.0 对结果进行分析。 结果：试验组在术中出血量、愈合时间、术后瘢痕情况等方面明 显优于对照组，存在显著性差异(P＜0.05)；在术后疼痛方面对照组 优于试验组(P＜0.05)；而在术后排尿障碍、切口水肿、术后继发感 染、肛门功能、疗效及随访复发情况等方面两组无显著差异(P＞ 0.05)。 结论：瘘管切开部分缝合术在治疗低位肛瘘上，不仅能达到较高 的治愈率，而且能够较好地保护肛门功能。与传统术式相比，还具有 损伤小、愈合时间短，瘢痕形成少等优点。 关键词：肛瘘 瘘管切开 部分缝合 临床疗效 - 1 - 万方数据 成都中医药大学硕士论文 瘘管切开部分缝合治疗低位肛瘘的临床疗效观察 Abstact Objective: To observe and assess the clinical efficacy of low anal fistula treated by dissection partial Stitch of Anus Fistula.
