广东金融学院 2008-JX16- 温凯 本科毕业论文(设计) 国有商业银行激励机制的现状与完善 摘 要 在我国加入WTO、金融全球化的形势下,外资银行和新兴股份制银行凭借其有效的激励机制大量抢夺我国四大国有商业银行的优秀金融人才,国有商业银行落后的激励约束机制已成为制约其深化改革和向前发展的瓶颈。在当前激烈的市场竞争的形势下,构建科学、合理、高效的国有商业银行激励约束机制对其发展壮大将具有非常重要的现实意义。 本文针对我国国有商业银行激励约束机制现状以及其实施过程中出现的问题,结合国内外具有先进激励约束机制的同行的情况,研究国有商业银行科学的员工激励机制的构建,指出我国国有商业银行要完善绩效考核体系,建立战略性和系统性的激励机制,引入长远的人才培养体系,籍此以帮助国有商业银行构建和实施科学合理的激励机制,顺应激烈的市场竞争,确保我国金融人才战略的成功。 关键词:商业银行; 激励约束机制; 人力资本 Abstract As Chinas accession to the WTO and financial globalization, foreign-funded banks and emerging joint-stock banks with their effective incentive mechanism have snatched a large number of outstanding financial talents from Chinas four major state-owned commercial banks. The unprogressive incentive mechanisms of state-owned commercial banks have constrained to its deepening reform and development. Under the fierce market competition situation, it has very important practical significance to establish scientific, rational and efficient mechanisms for their development and expansion. This paper focuses on the present situation of Chinas state-owned commercial banks incentive mechanisms as well as the problems about its implementation. Combining with the advanced incentive mechanism in domestic and abroad counterparts and researching the construction of scientific staff incentive mechanism in state-owned commercial banks, this paper points out that our stated-owned commercial banks should perfect their performance appraisal systems, build up the strategic and systematic incentive mechanisms, introduce the long-term elite training system. These will help them to build up and carry on the scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism, to conform to the fierce market competition and ensure our success of financial elite strategy. ?
