effective e-Mail Writing如何有效的写好电子邮件
One common pet peeve of e-mail is Reply/FW/CC to “ALL” or the whole distribution. Send messages to everyone who needs to know, not to everyone you know! Guidelines for using CC and BCC: Use the CC field for the addresses of those people who are not the main recipients of the message but who need to be kept informed. Use the BCC field for sending a blind copy, i.e. without the other recipients knowing about it. Both these features should be used sensibly.
