养血清脑颗粒治疗紧张型头痛的临床观察 北京医院王新德教授执笔 1 2 1 3 4 5 6 王新德 ，匡培根 ，罗胜 ，贾建平 ，杨志杰 ，周宝玉 ，余华峰 ， 7 8 常蜀英 ，马维雅 (1 北京医院神经科，北京100730；解放军301 医院神经科；宣武医院 神经科；北京大学第三临床医院神经科；中日友好医院神经科；同仁医 院神经科；空军总医院神经科；武警总医院神经科) (摘要) 目的 研究养血清脑颗粒（主要成分为当归、川芎、白 芍、细辛等）治疗紧张型头痛的疗效及其不良反应。方法 112 例 紧张型头痛患者，年龄16—68 岁，平均年龄为36.65 ±10.19，进 行了多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照研究。结果 1 、用药前后进 行了治疗组和安慰组在不同时期发作次数（次）和持续时间（小 时）的观察，发现10-天时发作次数在治疗组和安慰组分别为1.71 ±2.03 和2.82 ±3.16，Z=2.02，P=0.04，持续时间分别为11.45± 23.46 和24.80±36.14,Z=3.57,P0.001 ,20-天时两组的发作次数 分别为0.91±1.67 和2.45±3.24, Z=2.35,P=0.02,持续时间分别 为5.79±18.52 和21.91±46.65,Z=3.12，P=0.002。2、治疗组中 头痛消失时间随每次发作而明显缩短，而安慰剂组不明显(P0.01- 0.03） 3、治疗组的显效率为30.9%,而安慰剂组仅5.6% （P0.001）。4、治疗组和安慰剂组的不良事件分别为3 例 （5.45%）和2 例（3.64%）。 结论 养血清脑颗粒对紧张性头 痛有较明显的疗效，可减少头痛的发作次数、发作持续时间和缩短 头痛消失时间，是一种治疗紧张型头痛有效药物。 （关键词）头痛，血管型；养血清脑颗粒，治疗应用 A clinical trial of Yangxueqingnaokeli in treatment of tension type headche.Wang Xinde,et al.Department of Neurology,Beijing Hospital,Beijing,100730 ,China [Abstract]Objects To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and side-effects of Yangxueqingnaokeli (its main composition is Chinese angelica,ligusticum wallichii,Paconia lactiflora,Asarum sieboldii,etc)in patients with tension headache.
