年 月第 卷第 期 2012 11 9 33 ·药理与毒理 · 复方丹参注射液对大鼠急性脊髓损伤的保护作用 兰 鸿 陈鸿梅▲ 湖北医药学院附属太和医院药学部，湖北十堰 442000 摘要 目的 观察复方丹参注射液对急性脊髓损伤大鼠的保护作用。 方法 采用改良 （ [ ] Allen weight dropping Allen ）打击法将 只 大鼠制成脊髓中度损伤模型，分别给予复方丹参注射液、 甲基强的松龙及生理盐水治疗， WD 42 Wistar 观察动物不同时间的神经功能评分、斜板试验及脊髓细胞凋亡率的变化。 结果 从伤后 周起，丹参组的神经功能 2 评分和斜板最大角度分别与生理盐水组比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P 0.05 ）。 从伤后 12 h 起，丹参组细胞凋亡 率与生理盐水组比较，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05 ），丹参组与甲强龙组比较差异无统计学意义（P 0.05 ）。 结论 复方丹参注射液对大鼠脊髓损伤细胞凋亡具有保护作用，能够达到治疗急性脊髓损伤的作用。 关键词 丹参；急性脊髓损伤；大鼠；细胞凋亡 [ ] 中图分类号 文献标识码 文章编号 （ ） （ ） [ ] R683.2 [ ] A [ ] 1673-7210 2012 11 c -0111-03 Protective affect of Compound Danshen Injection for rats with acute spinal cord injury LAN Hong CHEN Hongmei ▲ Department of Pharmacy, Taihe Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Medicine, Hubei Province, Shiyan 442000, China [Abstract] Objective To observe the protective affect of Compound Danshen Injection for rats with acute spinal cord in - jury.
