CONSTRUCTION ECONOMY 年 月增刊 2011 6 项 目管理 基于分步集成方法的 项目集成管理系统及其信息平台搭建 ■ 张一弓，高 幸 长沙理工大学交通运输工程学院 湖南长沙 （ ， 410076 ） 摘 要 首先论述了目前学界对于分步集成方法的原理及应用的一些思考 指出对于项目集成管理的研究 [ ] ， 缺憾一是结构问题 二是信息问题 接着以解决这两个问题为目的 以分步集成方法为核心设计了 ， 。 、 完成一个项目集成管理系统所需的全部流程 最后重点利用信息技术采用分步集成的方法搭建了 。 一个集成化的信息平台 以说明项目集成管理系统信息平台在项目集成管理和企业基于项目的集 ， 成管理方面的应用。 关键词 分步集成 项目集成管理系统 项目集成化信息平台 基于项目的集成化信息平台 [ ] ； ； ； Abstract: The paper firstly discussed some thoughts about principle and application of integration-by-parts method in current academic area, proposed that one of the research deficiency about project integration management is struc－ tural problem, and the other one is information problem. Then for the purpose of solving these two problems paper de－ signed all necessary processes to complete the project integration management system which takes integration-by- parts method as core. Finally paper built a integrated information platform which focuses on use of information tech－ nology and integration-by-parts method to illustrate the applications of information platform about project integration management system in project integration management and enterprise project-based integration management.
