摘要:一个建筑企业的活力与专业技术人员的被激励程度有着非常紧密的关系,Stephen P. Robbins 认为激励是指通过高水平的
努力实现组织目标的意愿,而这种努力以能够满足个体的某些需要为条件。有效的激励机制的建立和运作能给企业带来活力、竞争
力,是一个企业成长的关键。本文针对目前我国建筑企业专业技术人员激励方面存在的问题,结合我国建筑企业具体国情和经济发展
现状,对建筑企业专业技术人员激励模式进行了设计。
Abstract: The activity of a construction enterprise have a very close relationship with the motivated level of professional and technical
personnel. Stephen P. Robbins considers incentives means to achieve the willingness of organizational goals in a high level, which can meet
some of the individual needs. The establishment and operation of effective incentive mechanism can bring activity and competitiveness for
the company, so it is a key to business growth. Aiming at the current problems of motivation among professionals of construction enterprises
in China, this paper designed the incentive mode of professional and technical personnel in building enterprise by combining with the
specific conditions of construction enterprises in China and the current situation of economic development.
