工程项目安全管理 The project safety management 2012年3月1日 摘 要 中国，是世界上最大的发展中国家，国家的壮大，离不开工程建设的高速发展，工程建设庞大的工作人员和巨大的投资的背后，也隐藏着巨大的安全隐患，每一次的安全事故所带来的都是巨大的财产损失和异常严重的后果。我国的工程建设的安全管理水平一直较低，每年都有一些安全事故的发生，因此而伤亡的从业人员超过万人，直接经济损失逾百亿元。特别是最近几的重大安全事故的频繁发生，人员伤亡上触目惊心的数字，已引起了广泛的关注。国家，政府，行业主管部门也纷纷颁布有关措施与法律，尽可能的减免工程建设中安全事故的发生，从而更好的保障从业人员的人身安全，使从业人员获得更大的利益 。 关键词：建筑工程项目；企业安全文化；安全管理ABSTRACT China is the worlds largest developing country, the strengthening of the country, cannot leave the construction of the high speed development, engineering construction huge staff and a huge investment back, also hide a big security risk, and each time the safety accident brings the are huge property damage and abnormal serious consequences. Chinas construction of the safety management level has been lower, every year there are some safety accidents, and therefore the casualties have more than ten thousand employees, more than ten billion yuan in direct economic losses. Especially the last few serious accidents of the frequent occurrence, casualties on the number of shocking, has caused wide attention. Country, the government, the competent trade authorities have issued relevant measures and law, as far as possible cuts in engineering construction safety accidents, and better ensure the working personnel of the personal safety and make workers more benefit.
