These codes took eco log ica l priorities, cen tering on people and efficiency as basic principles, its pur posew as to control over cutting of fo res,t reduced mi pact of forest harvest ing on forest and env ironm ent, mi prove ef ficiency of forest harvesting and w ood ut ilization, balance econom y, eco logy and soc iety, and to advance sustainab le forest m anagem ent through mi prov ing of forest harvest ing techniques.
