摘要∶跨栏跑是一项技术复杂

摘要:跨栏跑是一项技术复杂,难度较大的运动项目,在教学中学生常出现恐栏、怕栏的心态。心理调节在跨栏跑教学中运用,有多种方式,如教师可以通过与学生接触,了解他们的心理特性,分析他们心理障碍产生的原因,有针对性的帮助与教育,启发学生学习的自觉性,使学生建立起正确动作的技术概念;当学生的练习出现惯性错误时,针对学生恐惧心理的表现,分析产生的原因,并找出解决方法。然后教师指出错误的存在及产生的原因和纠正方法并进行示范讲解,让学生对错误的动作环节加以重点训练;如果个别学生出现错误动作,在让其继续练习,可能更会增加其紧张和自卑感,方可停止练习,同时指出他错误的环节,让他看同学们练习;另外,活跃课堂气氛,骨干学生的带头作用,良好保护措施,都会有利于提高学生练习的自觉性和积极性,起到克服恐惧、紧张、懒惰等心理障碍,顺利完成动作。本文在教学实践中采用调查法、观察法、对比法,运用有关心理调节原理来研究高中体育课女生跨栏跑训练中重视学生心理变化,从教师的示范、计算测量和激发学生学习动机等方面进行了尝试,使跨栏跑教学更好地适应学生心理变化、克服心理障碍、提高学习效果。 关键词: 心理调节、跨栏跑、心理障碍、高中体育课 Abstract: Experimental investigation into “ psychological regulation” in hurdle teaching of girl students’ inventor high school Abstract hurdling is a kind of sprit event with complicated skill and high difficulty; students often meet the psychology of fearing hurdles.
