精品论文 参考文献 包皮环切吻合器与传统包皮环切术在小儿包皮手术中的疗效对比分析 湖南省荣军医院泌尿外科 410000 　　【摘 要】目的：对包皮环切吻合器与传统包皮环切术在小儿包皮手术中的疗效进行研究和分析。方法：选取本院2014年10月至2015年12月收治的150例小儿包皮过长或包茎患者临床治疗分析，随机分为实验组100例和观察组50例，对实验组患者采取一次性包皮吻合器行包皮环切术，对观察组患者采取传统包皮环切术，并对于两组患者的护理效果进行对比。结果：两组患者在接受治疗后，两组患者手术均顺利完成，并且实验组患者的手术美观，切缘整齐。实验组患者在手术治疗中，手术的时间、出血量以及消肿时间均好于对照组患者，上述数据组间比较差异显著（p＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。手术后对于患者家属进行随访，实验组患者满意度更高。结论：相对于传统包皮环切术来说包皮环切吻合器在临床手术应用中具有较好的应用效果，在临床实践推广中具有较强的应用价值。 　　【关键词】包皮环切术；男性；包茎；包皮过长 　　Objective：to circumcision anastomat and traditional male circumcision in pediatric prepuce surgical curative effect for research and analysis.Selection methods：our hospital in October 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed in 150 cases of pediatric wrapping is too long or phimosis patients clinical analysis of 100 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and observation group of 50 cases，in the experimental group patients take disposable circumcision anastomat tra nsport strap cut method，the observation group of patients taking traditional circumcision，and compares them to the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results：two groups of patients after treatment，two groups of patients were successfully completed，and the experimental group patients surgery is beautiful，neat cut edge.Experimental group patients in the surgery treatment，operation time，blood loss and swelling time are better than the control group patients，the above data is significant difference between groups（p lt; 0.05），the difference was statistically significant.Follow-up for patients with their families after the surgery，the patient satisfaction is higher.Conclusion：compared with traditional circumcision for circumcision anastomat in clinical surgery application has a good application effect，in the clinical practice to promote strong application value. 　　Key words：circumcision；Men；Phimosis；Wrapping is too long 　　 　　 　　在临床治疗中，小儿包皮过长和包茎是较为常见的临床疾患，在临床中，患儿本身很容易由于此类病患引发尿路感染、包皮口瘙痒以及排尿困难，及时尽早进行手术治疗，是对于相关疾病进行有效预防的关键手段[1]。我科自2014年10月至2015年12月收治的小儿包皮过长或包
