精品论文 参考文献 保温护理对手术室患者术中应激及满意度的影响 四川达州中心医院手术室 635000 摘要：目的：分析并探讨保温护理对手术室患者术中应激及满意度的影响。方法：选取来我院接受手术治疗外科患者100例。随机分两组，每组50例，分别为保温护理组与常规护理组，保温护理组在常规护理的基础上实施保温护理措施。观察两组患者术中心率、肾上腺激素AD以及去甲肾上腺素NE水平，调查护理满意度。结果：保温护理组平均心率为（71.56plusmn;4.34）次/分，AD平均水平为（105.34plusmn;22.54）pmol/L，NE平均水平为（155.53plusmn;30.63）pmol/L。常规护理组平均心率为（80.45plusmn;4.67）次/分，AD平均水平为（179.71plusmn;23.27）pmlo/L，NE平均水平为（173.84plusmn;35.16）pmol/L。保温护理组的应激指标心率、AD以及NE均明显低于常规护理组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。保温护理组非常满意30例，一般满意18例，不满意2例，护理满意率为96%；常规护理组非常满意18例，一般满意23例，不满意9例，护理满意率为82%。保温护理组护理满意率明显高于常规护理组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：保温护理可以有效的降低手术室患者术中应激，提高护理满意度，临床上值得推广。 关键词：保温护理；手术室患者；应激；满意度 [Abstract]Objective：to analyze and explore the effect of heat preservation nursing on stress and satisfaction of patients in operation room.Methods：to our hospital to accept operation treatment in 100 cases of surgical patients selected.Randomly divided into two groups，50 cases in each group，respectively，heat preservation nursing group and conventional nursing group，heat preservation nursing group to implement the heat preservation nursing measures on the basis of routine nursing.Two groups were observed in patients with intraoperative heart rate，adrenal hormone AD and norepinephrine levels of NE，a survey of nursing satisfaction.Results：the average heart rate for the heat preservation nursing group（71.56 + 4.34）/ min，AD average of（105.34 + 22.54）pmol/L，NE average of（155.53 + 30.63）pmol/L.The routine nursing group the mean heart rate was（80.45 + 4.67）/ min，AD average of（179.71 + 23.27）pmlo/L，NE average of（173.84 + 35.16）pmol/L.The heat preservation nursing group stress indexes of heart rate，AD and NE were significantly lower than that of routine nursing group，with significant difference（P lt; 0.05）.The heat preservation nursing group 30 patients are very satisfied，not satisfied with the general satisfaction in 18 cases，2 cases，nursing satisfaction rate was 96%；the routine nursing group 18 patients are very satisfied，not satisfied with the general satisfac
