Results：The incidence of bleeding was 15.83% in experimental group，the incidence of bleeding was 31.67% in control group，the incidence of bleeding in the experimental group was ignificantly lower than the control group，the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：It effectively reduced the incidence of the puncture point ooze blood which leaving about 2 mm of needle outer casing outside the puncture point，it could be applied in clinical. [Keyword ]needle；needle length；puncture point；ooze blood 留置针可以维持静脉通道以便临床抢救，可以减少穿刺次数从而减少对病人的伤害、减轻病人的痛苦，还可以使护士的工作量大大减少，因此留置针已经被广泛运用于临床之中，然而留置针仍可能发生许多并发症，如穿刺点渗血渗液、机械性静脉炎、穿刺点疼痛、血栓形成等，为提高留置针的安置效果，减少并发症的发生，减少病人的不适感，改进护理质量，增加病人的满意度，医护人员需要持续改进留置针使用方法，为此，我们近年对留置针的进针长度进行探索，发现不同留置针进针长度会发生不同的穿刺点渗血情况，现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本实验选取2015年07月至09月在我院呼吸内二科住院的病人共240人。 纳入标准：①年龄ge;18周岁；②需要进行输液治疗；③血液循环良好。 排除标准：①留置针安置gt;5天者；②通过留置针输注化疗药物或其他刺激性药物者；③局部组织水肿或有皮肤病者；④持续泵入药物或连续输液病人[1]；⑤衰竭或极度消瘦者；⑥昏迷或者烦躁影响留置结果者；⑦凝血功能异常者；⑧各种
