精品论文 参考文献 丁螺环酮与文拉法辛缓释片联合治疗脑卒中后中重度抑郁的临床观察 河南省精神卫生中心 河南新乡 453002 【摘 要】目的　比较丁螺环酮与文拉法辛缓释片联用治疗脑卒中后中重度抑郁与文拉法辛缓释片治疗的疗效及安全性。方法　选择脑卒中后中重度抑郁患者70例，随机分为两组各35例。研究组采用丁螺环酮与文拉法辛缓释片联合治疗，对照组单用文拉法辛缓释片，观察疗程均为8周，定期对患者采用HAMD（24项）抑郁量表与TESS副反应量表进行疗效评估。结果　研究组临床疗效总有效率为94.3%（33∕35），显著优于对照组的74.3%（26∕35）（Plt;0.05）。两组治疗后HAMD评定，治疗第1周开始较治疗前有统计学意义，且一直持续至观察第8周，并研究组较对照组亦有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。两组治疗期间副反应无统计学意义。结论　文拉法辛缓释片联用丁螺环酮治疗脑卒中后抑郁较单用文拉法辛缓释片治疗疗效显著，安全性高。 【关键词】脑卒中后抑郁；丁螺环酮；文拉法辛缓释片 Clinical Observation Post-stroke Depression by Buspirone Combined with Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets YUAN Fu-qiang，Han Yan，Yu Hong-yan，Xu Ya-nan，PAN Miao Department of Psychiatry，Henan Mental Health Center，Xinxiang 453002 Corresponding author：PAN Miao，panmiao@yeah.net [Abstract] Objective To compare the effect and safety of Buspirone combined with Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tabletsand Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets used singly in the treatment of Post-stroke Depression.Methods Totally the 70 post-stroke depression patients were randomized into a control group（n=35），treated with Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets，and a study group（n=35），treated by Buspirone combined with Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets.The observation lasted 8 weeks.The therapeut iceffect and safety were evaluated by the positive and negative syndrome scale HAMD（24 items），and treatment emergent symptom scale TESS.Results According to the rate of HAMD total scores subtraction，total effective rate of the study group was 94.3%（33∕35）and of the control group 74.3%（26∕35），there exsisted a significant difference（Plt;0.05）after the treatment in 1st weekend，and continuing to 8thweekend，and there exsisted a significant difference in two groups（Plt;0.05）.Conclusion Buspirone combined with Venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets is effective and safe in the treatment of post-stroke depression.
