精品论文 参考文献 三种治疗方案控制持续性心房颤动心室率临床疗效观察 史铭 徐承华 [摘 要]目的：比较单独或联合应用地尔硫卓控释胶囊、美托洛尔缓释片控制持续性心房颤动心室率临床疗效。 方法：对72例持续性心房颤动伴快速心室率患者采用药物进行心室率控制治疗，其中25例单独应用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片，25例单独应用地尔硫卓控释胶囊，22例联合应用地尔硫卓控释胶囊、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片。对3组的收缩压与静息心率进行比较。 结果：单独或联合应用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片、盐酸地尔硫卓控释胶囊控制心室率治疗三组患者均获得确切控制心室率；三组治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义。其中联合治疗组控制心室率治疗优于单用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片及单用盐酸地尔硫卓控释胶囊组，两两比较差异均有统计学意义。三组治疗前后对于收缩压均有所下降，治疗前后对比有统计学差异；但三组之间对比降压效果未见统计学差异。 结论：琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片与盐酸地尔硫卓控释胶囊联合治疗心房颤动伴快速心室率难以控制者，具有比单用上述药物更佳的心室率控制效果，并且具有较好的安全性。 [关键词]心房颤动 室率控制 美托洛尔 地尔硫卓 联合用药 DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2016.28.71 作者单位：241000，安徽芜湖，芜湖市中医院心血管内科 Clinical efficacy of three therapeutic schemes for the control of ventricular rate in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation Shi Ming ,Xu Chenghua Abstract: Objective: To compare alone or combined with diltiazem controlled release capsules, metoprolol sustained-release tablets sustainable control of ventricular rate in atrial fibrillation clinical curative effect. Methods: 72 cases with rapid ventricular rate in patients with the use of drugs for ventricular rate control in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation, including 25 cases of single application of metoprolol sustained-release tablets, 25 cases of diltiazem alone controlled release capsules, 22 cases of diltiazem combined application of controlled release capsules, metoprolol sustained release tablets. The systolic blood pressure and resting heart rate were compared between the 3 groups.
