精品论文 参考文献 个性化护理配合广泛全子宫切除术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床效果观察 蒋好 周小凤 左静 　　[摘 要]目的 探讨个性化护理配合广泛全子宫切除术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法 选取我院妇产科2011年2月-2013年2月收治的40例早期宫颈癌行LPL＋TLRH治疗患者作为研究组，另选取同期40例经腹行广泛全子宫切除术联合盆腔淋巴结清扫术（APL＋ARH）的宫颈癌患者作为对照组。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上针对性进行护理。对比两组并发症及术中情况。结果 ①与对照组相比，研究组手术时间更短，术中出血量更少（Plt;0.01或Plt;0.05）。②两组切除淋巴结数目、术后并发症比较，Pgt;0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论 护理配合LPL＋TLRH治疗早期宫颈癌具有手术时间短，术中出血量少等优点。 　　[关键词]个性化护理 宫颈癌 广泛全子宫切除术 盆腔淋巴结清扫术 　　DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.1672-7088.2014.27.54 　　作者单位：621100 四川绵阳，四川省三台县人民医院 　　[作者简介] 蒋好（1978-），女，本科，就职于四川省三台县人民医院。 周小凤，左静： 就职于四川省三台县人民医院。 　　The Clinical Effect of Personalized Nursing Combined with Radical Hysterectomy in Treating Early Cervical Cancer 　　Jiang Hao, Zhou Xiaofeng, Zuo Jing 　　Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of personalized nursing combined with radical hysterectomy in treating early cervical cancer. Methods 40 patients who had early cervical cancer and received “LPL + TLRH” treatment in the Department of Maternity in authorrsquo;s hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as the APL group. Meanwhile other 40 early cervical cancer cases who received trans-abdominal extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy (APL + ARH) were selected as the control group. The control group adopted regular nursing while the study group adopted personalized nursing. The complications and operation indexes between the two groups were compared. Results ① Compared with the control group, the study group has shorter operative time, less blood loss (P lt;0.01 or P lt;0.05). ② The difference of number of lymph nodes removed and the postoperative complications between the two groups was not statistically significant, Pgt; 0.05. Conclusion Personalized nursing integrated with “LPL + TLRH” treatment has the advantage of taking shorter operative time, less blood loss and so on in curing early cervical cancer. 　　Key words: personalized nursing; cervical cancer; radical hysterectomy; pelvic
