精品论文 参考文献 发展性照顾对新生儿重症监护室早产儿生存质量的影响 刘婷(商丘市第一人民医院新生儿二NICU2 河南商丘 476100) 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨发展性照顾对新生儿重症监护室早产儿生存质量的影响。方法:选择2011年6月-2012年6月期间在我院治疗的60例重症监护室早产儿为观察对象，根据随机数字法将60例早产儿分为两组，观察组和对照组各30例。对照组早产儿采取基础护理，观察组早产儿则在其基础上加用发展性照顾护理。比较两组早产儿的各项生长指标、MDI、PDI的评分及住院时间。结果:观察组新生儿的各项生长指标及住院时间与对照组相比均明显较低，差异显著（P＜0.05）；两组早产儿在7d时MDI、PDI的评分相对比，无明显差异（P＞0.05）；在14d时观察组MDI、PDI的评分均高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论:发展性照顾对新生儿重症监护室早产儿生存质量具有积极影响显著，有助于改善预后，临床效果确切。 　　[关键词] 发展性照顾；新生儿重症监护室；早产儿；生存质量 　　The effect of developmental care on the quality of life of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit 　　Liu Ting (two NICU2, Shangqiu First Peoples Hospital, Shangqiu, Henan 476100) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of developmental care on the quality of life of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods: 60 cases of premature infants in our hospital during June -2012 were divided into two groups according to the random number method, 60 cases were divided into groups, the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. In the control group, based on the basic nursing care, the observation group was based on the development of nursing care. The growth indexes, MDI, PDI scores and length of stay of groups were compared between the two groups. Results: Observation of neonatal group the growth index and hospitalization time and the control group showed significantly lower, and the difference is significant (P lt; 0.05); premature infants in the two groups at 7d MDI and PDI scores were compared, no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); at 14d after observation group MDI and PDI scores were higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the development of care for neonatal intensive care unit has a positive impact on the quality of life, and it is helpful to improve the prognosis. 　　[key words] developmental care; Neonatal intensive care unit.
