精品论文 参考文献 MCM2与Ki67在宫颈癌中表达的对比研究 许冰1 姜彦多2 王继红2 明健2 （1沈阳市肛肠医院病理科 辽宁沈阳 110002;2沈阳市第202医院病理科 辽宁沈阳 110003） 【中图分类号】R737.33【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）18-0060-03 【摘要】目的 探讨MCM2在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及其意义，并与传统细胞增殖标记物Ki67比较，探究MCM2作为新的增殖指标在宫颈癌变过程中的早期诊断意义和对宫颈癌患者预后评估中的作用。方法 采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测不同病变宫颈组织中MCM2.Ki67的表达。结果 MCM2的表达从宫颈炎、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ到浸润鳞癌呈渐进性增高；MCM2在宫颈鳞癌临床III期、Ⅱ期高于Ⅰ期；中、低分化组高于高分化组。Ki67在宫颈炎和CINⅠ的表达差异无显著性,但在CINⅡ与CINⅢ之间、CINⅢ与宫颈鳞癌之间Ki67的阳性表达差异具有统计学意义。但MCM2的阳性表达率和染色强度均明显高于Ki67。结论 MCM2是较Ki67更好的细胞增殖标记物,可用于宫颈癌的准确分级及判断宫颈癌恶性程度的高低。 【关键词】宫颈鳞癌　宫颈上皮内瘤变　MCM2 Ki67　免疫组织化学 Comparative study of MCM2 and Ki67 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma 【Abstract】　Objective ：The aim of this study is to determine the pattern and frequency of MCM2 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma ,and compare to MCM2 and Ki67，to explore the significance of MCM2 as a proliferationmAker in judgement ofmAlignant degree in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and early diagnosis of cervical epithelium precancerous change。Methods: The expression of MCM2.Ki67 were analysed in cervical tissue by immunohistochemistry staining(Envision methods).Results: The expression of MCM2 gradually increased from chronic cervicitis to invasive cancer。The expression of MCM2 in clinical stageⅢ and clinical stageⅡ squamous cancermArkedly exceeded that in clinical stageⅠ squamous cancer.The expression of Ki67showed no significant difference in chronic cervitis and CINI,but There was also significant difference between the group of CINⅡ and CINⅢ,There was also significant difference between the group of CINⅢ and the group of cervical cancer.Conclusion: MCM2 is a better diagonosticmArker for cervical cancer than Ki67,and also better in predicting the degree of differentiation in cervical cancer,which help to predict the clinical prognosis. 【Key words】　cervical squamous cell carcinoma cervical intraepithelial neoplasias MCM2 Ki67 Immunohistochemistry 子宫颈癌是一种严重威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤。肿瘤与细胞周期密切相关，而细胞周期又与DNA 复制密切相关。微小染色体维持蛋白
