精品论文 参考文献 基层医院器械清洗消毒设施的调查与分析 重庆市三峡中心医院消毒供应中心 重庆 404000 摘要：目的 调查基层医院器械清洗消毒设施的配置和使用情况，寻求改进和提升器械清洗消毒设施的可靠途径。方法 以渝东片区的22家二级医院和41家镇级医院为调查对象，参照我国卫生部《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》等行业标准，调查这些医院中必须配置和选择配置的器械清洗消毒设施使用情况，包括超声波清洗器、器械干燥柜和喷淋式清洗消毒器等11类设施。结果 22家二级医院中超声波清洗消毒器、器械分类台、手工清洗池和压力水枪的配置率及正常使用率都较高，达到90%以上，但总体达到卫生部规定标准的医院仅有13家，合格率为59.1%；41家镇级医院的器械清洗消毒设施配置全部都达不到卫生部规定的标准，仅5家配备的器械清洗消毒设施基本能满足工作需求，其余医院的器械清洗消毒设施仅限于简易手工清洗池和手工清洗工具。结论 器械清洗消毒设施是基层医院设备配置的薄弱环节，器械清洗消毒的质量隐患较大，建议二级医院通过创建标准化的消毒供应中心、镇级医院通过资源共享的方式解决器械清洗消毒设施不足的问题。 关键词：基层医院；医疗器械；清洗消毒；消毒供应中心；医院感染 Abstract：Objective Through to the grassroots hospital equipment cleaning and disinfection facilities equipped with and using situation investigation，seeking to improve and upgrade the equipment reliable means of cleaning and sanitation facilities.Methods Will be in Chongqing east of the 22 levels 2 hospitals and 41 township hospitals as investigation object，reference to CSSD management code for hospitals in the Ministry of health industry standards，such as investigation of the hospital must choose configuration and configuration of equipment cleaning and disinfection facilities usage，including ultrasonic cleaning machine，instrument drying tank and spray type cleaning sterilizer and other 11 kinds of facilities.Results In 22 level 2 hospitals in ultrasonic cleaning and disinfection，equipment classification and Taiwan，hand washing pool and the pressure water gun configuration rate and normal rate is higher，can reach more than 90%，but in general to achieve the standards prescribed by the Ministry of health hospitals only 13，qualified rate was 59.1%；41 township hospitals equipment cleaning and disinfection facilities equipped with all are not up to the standard stipulated by the Ministry of health，only 5 equipped with equipment cleaning and disinfection facilities can basically meet the needs，the rest of the hospital equipment cleaning and disinfection facilities only simple hand washing pool and manual cleaning tool.Conclusion Grassroots hospital equipme
