精品论文 参考文献 外耳道冲洗发生眩晕的原因分析及预防对策 李灶容 熊雪英 　　(云浮市人民医院耳鼻喉科 广东云浮 527300) 　　【摘要】目的 分析研究外耳道冲洗发生眩晕的原因，并探讨预防对策。方法 选择我院在2012年9月—2013年9月期间外耳道冲洗发生眩晕的17例患者为实验组，同期随机选26例无发生眩晕患者为对照组，回顾性分析两组的临床资料，对比分析一般因素、精神因素、个体因素及冲洗因素四个主要因素。结果 单因素分析结果显示实验组患者的女性比例、焦虑恐惧、空腹、冲洗因素等均显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；多因素分析结果显示外耳道冲洗患者由于缺乏相关的知识，产生焦虑恐惧等精神因素为其独立危险因素。结论 外耳道冲洗发生眩晕与患者的焦虑恐惧等精神因素密切相关，有效的心理护理，可作为预防眩晕的有效方法。 　　【关键词】外耳道 冲洗 眩晕 精神因素 心理护理 　　【中图分类号】R395 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）16-0026-02 　　The reason analysis of dizziness in external auditory canal irrigation and prevention countermeasures 　　Lizaorong Xiongxueying 　　Guangdong Yunfu city peoples Hospial 527300 　　【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze the reason of dizziness in external auditory canal irrigation, and discussed prevention countermeasures .Methods in September 2012 to September 2013 , 17 patients occured dizziness during flushing as experimental group, randomly selected 26 patients withoutdizziness as control group, retrospectively analyzed the clinical data, the general factors, mental factors, individual factors and flushing of the four major factors between two groups.Results analysis of single factor showed that the proportion of women, anxiety, fear, empty stomach, rinses inappropriate in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group, with statistical significance (P lt; 0.05);Multi-factor analysis showed that patients were lack of related knowledge about external auditory canal irrigation, producing the mental factors such as anxiety, fear as the independent risk factors.Conclusion patients with dizziness in external auditory canal flushing are closely related to mental factors such as anxiety, fear, effective psychological nursing can be used as an effective method to prevent dizziness. 　　【key words】 external auditory canal Rinse Vertigo Mental factors Psychological care 　　在耳鼻喉科，外耳道冲洗是门诊常规操作之一，用于冲洗在外耳道已软化耵聍栓塞，也可用于冲洗外耳道异物等[1-2]。但是由于精神、个体及冲洗等因素可导
