精品论文 参考文献 妊娠晚期急性肝功能损害临床分析 石恒 王敏 （泗洪县人民医院妇产科 223900） 【摘要】目的 了解妊娠晚期肝功能急性损害的病因，探讨其诊断方法和处理原则。方法 对199年以来，江苏省泗洪县人民医院妇产科收治疗的5例妊娠合并肝功能急性损害病例的病因、治疗及预后情况进行回顾性分析。结果 5例中：1例为妊娠合并病毒性肝炎，2例是妊娠合并急性脂肪肝（AFLP），1例为妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）合并急性脂肪肝，1例是HELLP综合症。其中有4例均合并妊娠期高血压综合征（占80%）。结论 妊娠期肝功能急性损害的主要疾病有：妊娠合并急性脂肪肝、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症、妊娠合并病毒性肝炎、HELLP综合症、妊娠高血压综合征。妊娠晚期肝功能急性损害是少见的严重的妊娠并发症，尽早诊断，及时终止妊娠，防治产后出血及感染。 【关键词】肝功能损害 妊娠合并急性脂肪肝 妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症 妊娠合并病毒性肝炎 HELLP综合症 【中图分类号】R714.25 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）20-0107-02 【Abstract】The cause of disease of goal understanding late trimester of pregnancy liver function acute harm, discusses its diagnostic method and principle of management. In result 5 cases: 1 case for pregnancy merge toxic hepatitis, 2 cases is the bile siltation sickness (ICP) of pregnancy merge acute fatty liver (AFLP),1 case for the gestation period liver merges the acute fatty liver, 1 case is the HELLP syndrome. And 4 cases merge the gestation period hypertension syndrome (accounts for 80%). The main disease of conclusion gestation period liver function acute harm includes: Pregnancy merge acute fatty liver and in gestation period liver bile siltation sickness, pregnancy merge toxic hepatitis, HELLP syndrome and pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.
