精品论文 参考文献 子宫内膜分型与厚度对不孕患者促排卵治疗后妊娠率的影响 （成都送子鸟不孕不育医院 四川成都 610017） 　　【摘要】目的：分析子宫内膜分型与厚度对不孕患者促排卵治疗后妊娠率的影响。方法：随机选取我院收治的不孕患者，共86例，收治时间在2015年7月-2016年6月期间，以此作为研究对象，并将患者根据子宫内膜分型的不同分为3型，即A型、B型和C型，其中，又将A型和B型按照子宫内膜厚度的不同进行分组。比较每个组别中患者经过治疗之后的妊娠率。结论：与C型相比，A型的促排卵治疗后妊娠率明显较高，有统计学意义，P＜0.05；B型与C型之间的妊娠率差异没有统计学意义，P＞0.05；在A型中，8～10.9mm的子宫内膜厚度的治疗后妊娠率明显与其他厚度组别相比，有统计学意义，P＜0.05；在B型中，7～8.9mm的子宫内膜厚度的治疗后妊娠率明显与其他厚度组别相比，有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：子宫内膜分型与厚度对不孕患者促排卵治疗后的妊娠率有影响，孕前可以通过阴道B超检测患者的子宫内膜分型与厚度，以此指导患者选择最为适合的受孕时机，进而提高妊娠率。 　　【关键词】子宫内膜分型；子宫内膜厚度；不孕；促排卵治疗；妊娠率 　　【中图分类号】R71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）26-0020-02 　　【Abstract】Objective To analyze the effect of endometrial type and thickness on the pregnancy rate after ovulation induction in infertile women.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital infertility patients, a total of 86 patients were treated in time for the July 2015 ~2016 year in June period, as a study object, and the patients according to different types of endometrial type 3, A type, B type and C type, wherein, the A type and B type were grouped according to the the endometrial thickness is different.
