精品论文 参考文献 子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫腺肌病的疗效观察 山东省昌邑市人民医院 261300 　　摘要：目的：探究在子宫腺肌病患者的临床治疗中子宫动脉栓塞术的临床应用治疗效果。方法：2014年8月至2015年12月期间，我院接受诊治的子宫腺肌病患者68例作为研究对象，患者均采用子宫动脉栓塞术进行治疗，对患者术后一个月、三个月、六个月的月经量、痛经改善情况、子宫大小以及子宫动脉阻力指数和卵巢功能做相关的分析。结果：患者术后随访中显示其月经量和痛经程度都有显著改善，同时子宫体积有部分缩小，子宫动脉阻力指数有显著降低，差异显著符合统计学评估标准（P＜0.05），但是卵巢功能相关指标无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：在子宫腺肌病患者的临床治疗中应用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗能够显著改善其相关病症，有利于患者的疾病转归，值得在临床治疗中推广应用。 　　关键词：子宫动脉栓塞术；子宫腺肌病；疗效观察 　　【abstract】 objective：to explore in the clinical treatment of patients with uterine adenomyosis uterine artery embolization in the clinical application of therapeutic effect.Methods：during August 2014 to December 2015，our hospital to accept the diagnosis and treatment of 68 patients with uterine glandular myopathy as the research object，the patients with uterine artery embolization for treatment，patients after one month，three months，six months，amount of menstrual dysmenorrhea improvement，and the size of the uterus，and uterine artery resistance index and a relevant analysis of ovarian function.Results：the patients of postoperative follow-up showed their menstrual quantity and degree of dysmenorrhea has improved significantly，at the same time，the uterus shrink some，had significantly lower uterine artery resistance index，and significant difference in line with the statistical evaluation criteria（P lt; 0.05），but the related parameters of ovarian function had no significant difference（P gt; 0.05）.Conclusion：the application in the clinical treatment of patients with uterine adenomyosis uterine artery embolization can significantly improve its related conditions，conducive to the patients disease outcome，is worthy of popularization and application in the clinical treatment. 　　【key words】 uterine artery embolization; Womb gland myopathy.Clinical observation on 　　近年来，随着动脉栓塞术在临床的应用，其在子宫疾病的治疗中也得到应用，取得了满意效果。本研究对一段时间内在我院接受诊治的子宫腺肌病患者进行子宫动脉栓塞术应用效果的探究，取得了显著效果，现对此做相关报道。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　2014年8月至2015年12月期间，我院接受诊治的子宫腺肌病患者68例作为研究对象，患者均在术前进行宫颈刮片确诊，排除有恶变的患者。患者的年龄在29~48岁，平均年龄为36.5岁，患者有不同程度的经量
