精品论文 参考文献 完整结肠系膜切除在结肠癌手术中的应用效果 陈达兴 　　湖南省平江县第一人民医院 湖南岳阳 414500 　　摘要：目的：研究并探讨完整结肠系膜切除在结肠癌手术治疗中的应用效果。方法：选取在我院接受手术治疗的100例结肠癌患者作为研究对象，选取自2010年1月~2013年6月。根据手术方法的不同，将这100例结肠癌患者分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组患者进行传统根治术，观察组患者进行完整结肠系膜切除术。对患者的术中出血量、肛门排气恢复时间、淋巴结清扫个数、住院时间、并发症发生情况、局部复发率以及存活率进行观察。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者的术中出血量明显更少（Plt;0.05），肛门排气恢复时间和住院时间均明显更短（Plt;0.05），淋巴结清扫个数明显更多（Plt;0.05），并发症发生率明显更低（Plt;0.05）。随访发现，与对照组相比，观察组患者的局部复发率明显更低（Plt;0.05），2年存活率明显更高（Plt;0.05）。结论：在结肠癌患者的手术治疗中实施完整结肠系膜切除术，其临床效果显著，预后较好。 　　关键词：结肠癌；手术治疗；完整结肠系膜切除 　　Abstract：Objective：To investigate the effect of complete colon resection in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods：100 patients with colon cancer who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object，and were selected from January 2010 ~2013 year in June.According to the different surgical methods，the 100 cases of colon cancer were divided into control group and observation group of 50 cases，50 cases.The control group was treated with traditional radical operation，and the observation group was performed with the complete resection of the colon.The amount of bleeding，the recovery time of anal exhaust，the number of lymph node dissection，hospital stay，complications，local recurrence rate and survival rate were observed.Results：compared with the control group，the patients in the observation group had significantly less blood loss（Plt;0.05），the recovery time and hospitalization time were significantly shorter（Plt;0.05），the number of lymph nodes dissection was significantly more（Plt;0.05），the incidence of complications was significantly lower（Plt;0.05）.The local recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower（Plt;0.05），and the 2 year survival rate was significantly higher（Plt;0.05）than that in the control group.Conclusion：in the surgical treatment of colon cancer patients，the implementation of complete colon resection，the clinical effect is remarkable，the progn osis is good. 　　Key words：colon cancer；surgical treatment；complete res
