精品论文 参考文献 宫颈上皮内瘤变行冷刀锥切术与宫颈环形电切术治疗的临床效果对比 蔡仁乾 　　（四川省郫县中医医院 四川 成都 611700） 　　【摘要】 目的：对比宫颈上皮内瘤变采用宫颈环形电切术与冷刀锥切术进行治疗的临床有效性。方法：选择2014年1月～2015年7月收治的60例宫颈上皮内瘤变患者作为研究对象，根据患者手术方式的不同分成观察组与对照组，对照组采用冷刀锥切术进行治疗，观察组采用宫颈环形电切术进行治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：相对于对照组患者来说，观察组患者术中出血量较少，其创面愈合时间、手术时间较短（P＜0.05）；两组研究对象术后并发症发生率无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：宫颈上皮内瘤变患者采用宫颈环形电切术给予临床治疗，具有术后并发症概率低、操作简单、安全有效等优势，值得全方位推广应用。 　　【关键词】 宫颈上皮内瘤变；宫颈环形电切术；冷刀锥切术；治疗效果 　　【中图分类号】R711.32 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）09-0020-02 　　Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia line cone of cold knife cut method and the treatment of cervical loop cutting the clinical effect of contrast Cai Renqian.Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Pi County, Sichuan Province, Chengdu 611700,China 　　【Abstract】Objective To compare the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by cervical loop cutting technique with cold knife taper cut method for treatment of clinical efficacy. Methods From January 2014 to July 2015 were analyzed in 60 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia as the research object, according to the different surgical procedure is divided into observation group and control group, control group adopts cone of cold knife cut method treatment, observation group was treated with cervical annular cutting operation, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results Compared with the control group patients, less bleeding amount of observation group of patients, the wound healing time, shorter operative time (P lt; 0.05); No obvious difference was found between two groups in postoperative complications (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion The patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by cervical loop electricity cut method for clinical treatment, low probability of postoperative complications, the advantages of the operation is simple, safe and effective, worthy of popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia; The cervical loop electricity cut method; Cone of cold kni
