精品论文 参考文献 小儿重症肺炎的护理方法及效果观察 湖南省龙山县人民医院 湖南龙山 416800 摘要：目的：了解对小儿重症肺炎患儿针对性护理的具体操作以及临床应用效果，为以后制定重症肺炎患儿护理方案提供有效数据。方法：纳入本院近年来收治小儿重症肺炎为本次研究对象，随机抽取80例并根据护理方案差异将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组患儿40例，接受常规小儿重症肺炎治疗护理措施，观察组患儿40例，在常规治疗基础上联合针对性护理干预。对比2组患儿临床疗效及对护理满意程度。结果：观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率为97.5%，对照组患儿临床总有效率为85.0%，两者对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿对护理服务满意程度为100%，对照组患儿护理满意率为90.0%，两者对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：重症肺炎患儿在接受治疗过程中，由于自身好动及病情影响原因，治疗依???性相对较低，因此在治疗过程中应与针对性护理干预相联合，确保治疗顺利进行以及临床疗效，提高患儿对医院服务的信赖，具有重要现实应用价值，值得普及推广。 关键词：小儿重症肺炎；护理；效果观察 Abstract Objective：to understand the specific operation and clinical application effect of the targeted nursing for children with severe pneumonia， and to provide effective data for the development of nursing program in children with severe pneumonia.Methods：80 cases of pediatric severe pneumonia in our hospital in recent years were selected as the research object， randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing plan.In the control group， 40 cases were treated with routine treatment of severe pneumonia in children， 40 cases were observed in the observation group， and the treatment was based on conventional treatment.The clinical effect and nursing satisfaction of 2 groups were compared.Results：the total effective rate was 97.5% in the observation group， the clinical total effective rate was 85% in the control group（P lt; 0.05）， and the nursing satisfaction rate was 90% in the observation group， the control group was 100%， the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：children with severe pneumonia in the treatment process， due to its active and condition factors， treatment compliance of relatively low， so in the course of treatment should be and targeted nursing intervention， to ensure the success of the treatment and clinical curative effect， improve the children s trust for hospital services， has important practical application value， is worthy of popularization. 当前小儿重症肺炎
