延续性护理在门诊人工流产妇女干预工作中的应用效果 刘晓燕 陈彦冰 东台市人民医院 长春市医院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 目的:探讨延续性护理在门诊人工流产妇女干预工作中的应用效果。方法:选取100例门诊人工流产后的妇女, 随机分为干预组和对照组两组, 每组各50例。干预组给个性化延续护理工作, 对照组按照常规流程给予常规护理。1个月后对比两组患者的避孕知识掌握率, 6个月后比较避孕措施应用情况及重复流产率。结果:1个月后, 干预组患者避孕知识掌控率高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) ;术后6个月避孕措施应用情况, 干预组优于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05) ;重复流产率明显干预组优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05) 。结论:延续性护理对于门诊流产妇女提高避孕知识、采取科学的避孕措施、降低重复流产率方面有良好的效果, 应该在临床给予推广。 关键词： 人工流产; 延续性护理; 避孕; 重复流产率; 收稿日期：2017-04-28 Application effect of continuity nursing in intervention of women with artificial abortion in outpatient department LIU Xiao-yan CHEN Yan-bing The People s Hospital of Dongtai City; Changchun City Hospital; Abstract： Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing in the intervention of outpatient induced abortion women. Method 100 women after outpatient induced abortion were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The intervention group was given individualized continuous nursing work, while the control group received routine nursing according to routine procedures. After 1 months, the contraceptive knowledge of the two groups was compared, and the contraceptive measures and the rate of repeated abortion after 6 months were compared. Results After 1 months, patients in the intervention group contraceptive knowledge control rate was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05) ; after 6 months of contraceptive use, intervention group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05) ; the repeated abortion rate was the intervention group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0. 05) . Conclusion Continuous nursing has good effects on improving the contraceptive knowledge, taking scientific contraceptive measures and reducing the rate of repeated abortion in outpatient women. It should be popul
