The results indicated that the integration between textile industry and producer service industry in Zhejiang was the traditional lowend service industry. And the integration of high-end service industry with scientific research and technical service still need to be further optimized and improved. The reliance of the producer services on the textile industry was gradually declining, and the dependence of the textile industry on the producer services was being strengthened. Therefore, the interactive integration between the high-end producer services and textile industry in Zhejiang should be promoted, in order to enhance the quality and efficiency of the textile industry.
