精品论文 参考文献 急性脑梗塞患者静脉溶栓前后血浆超敏CRP水平变化 卢韬 　　（广西医科大学第四附属医院柳州市工人医院神经内科 广西 柳州 545005） 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨急性脑梗塞患者静脉溶栓前后血浆超敏CRP水平变化。方法：将41例超急性期脑梗塞患者按预后不同分为两组，其中溶栓成功组28例，溶栓失败组13例，溶栓前后分别测定HS-CRP水平。结果：溶栓前后两组患者的血浆 HS－CRP水平都高于正常值（0～5mg/L），且两组间相比较差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。溶栓24h后，溶栓成功组HS－CRP水平溶栓前后比较差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；溶栓失败组溶栓后的HS－CRP水平虽然有所下降。但与溶栓前比较差异无统计学意义（p＞0.05）。结论：HS-CRP水平的高低与脑梗塞患者的预后有密切的关系。CPP较高的急性脑梗塞病人可能危险性较高，其溶栓治疗效果也相对较差。 　　【关键词】超敏 C-反应蛋白；超急性期脑梗塞；预后 　　【中图分类号】R743 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）06-0030-02 　　Patients with acute cerebral infarction plasma hypersensitivity CRP levels before and after intravenous thrombolysis Lu Tao. Results The HS-CRP levels of patients in these two groups before and after the thrombolytic therapy were significantly above the normal reference values (0～5 mg/L), and there was significant different among the two groups (p＜0.05). The HS-CRP levels of patients in the successful thrombolysis group begin to decline significantaly after 24h (p＜0.05). The HS-CRP levels of the patients in the failure group dropped a little,but there was no significant difference (p＞0.05).
