精品论文 参考文献 急性颅脑损伤的临床麻醉处理 张娟 　　[摘 要]目的：探讨急性颅脑损伤的临床麻醉处理措施，，从而找出合适的治疗方法。方法：随机选取自2010年1月至2014年5月间收治的100名患者,作为研究对象，并对其临床麻醉处理做回顾性的分析。结果：所有患者的麻醉效果均较为满意，且诱导的过程平稳，术后可以较快恢复苏醒。患者均无恶心呕吐等不良反应的发生且问答清楚，在术前病情严重，意识障碍较为严重的患者在术后任然存在。所有患者在术中均无死亡，在术后由于伤情较重或合并伤严重而死亡的患者有14例，病死率为14%。同时例患者出现6多器官功能衰竭，8例患者出现肺部感染，3例患者成为植物人。其余患者均康复出院。治疗总有效率为83%。结论：急性颅脑损伤的患者需要为其制定合理的麻醉方式，从而可以有效控制麻醉药物的使用量，使颅内压可以显著降低，进而保证了开颅手术的顺利进行。 　　[关键词]急性颅脑损伤 临床麻醉处理 分析 　　DOI:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2015.32.49 　　作者单位：635100，四川达州，宣汉县人民医院麻醉科 　　Anesthetic management of acute craniocerebral injury 　　Zhang Juan 　　Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical acute craniocerebral injury and anesthesia treatment measures, so as to find out the suitable treatment method. There were no adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting occurred and ask clear, in the preoperative severity, patients with severe disturbance of consciousness exists in any postoperative.All the patients had no death during operation, after operation and died due to severe injuries or serious associated injuries in 14 patients, the mortality rate was 14%. At the same time, there were 6 multiple organ failure, 8 patients hadpulmonary infection, 3 cases of patients in a vegetative state. The other patients were discharged.
