Methods select our hospital 90 cases of moderate alzheimers patients as the research object, and its average divided into 45 cases of control group with 45 cases of observation group; The control group, routine nursing intervention group on the basis of conventional nursing emotional nursing intervention, comparing the two groups of patients with care. Results the nursing, the observation group of patients with simple intelligent status indicators for (28.90 + / - 3.77), the control group (20.02 + 3.01), and observation group is significantly higher than the control group, P lt; 0.05). Observation group of patients quality of life score was (34.91 + / - 4.11) and control group (26.01 + 3.72), and observation group is significantly higher than the control group, P lt; 0.05). Conclusion on the basis of conventional nursing in patients with moderate alzheimers emotional nursing intervention, on the basis of improve the patients condition helps to significantly enhance the level of their mental status of cognitive function and life skills, nursing effect is good, can be popularized in clinical nursing work. 　　【 key words 】 moderate alzheimers disease; Emotional care; Mental state; Life ability 　　【摘要】目的分析在中度老年痴呆患者中使用情感护理法进行护理干预的效果。方法选取我院收治的90例中度老年痴呆患者作为研究对象，并将其平均分成45例对照组与45例观察组；对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理基础上进行情感护理干预，对比两组患者的护理结果。结果经护理，观察组患者的简易智能状态指标为(28.90plusmn;3.77)，对照组为(20.02plusmn;3.01)，观察组明显高于对照组，且P＜0.05。观察组患者的生活质量评分为(34.91plusmn;4.11)，对照组为(26.01plusmn;3.72)，观察组明显高于对照组，且P＜0.05。结论对中度老年痴呆患者在常规护理基础上进行情感护理干预，在促进患者病况改善的基础上有助于显著提升其认知功能精神状态水平以及生活能力，护理效果较佳，可在临床护理工作中大力推广。 　　【关键词】中度老年痴呆；情感护理；精神状态；生活能力 　　前言 　　老年痴呆是当今社会较为常见的老年疾病之一，其主要指患者在年龄、身体机能以及环境等因素的影响下产生精神功能障碍，其认知水平大幅下降，存在记忆力衰退、情感不稳定等现象，其生活能力低下，生活质量甚至生命健康均受到严重威胁[1]。有关研究显示，在治疗基础上，对中度老年痴呆患者进行必要的护理干预对其病况改善具有良好的促进作用。本研
