人是生产力诸要素中最活跃的因素。当代企业管理是以人为中心的管理,人是知识、信息、技术等资源的载体。人力资源是企业最宝贵的资源,企业间的竞争归根到底表现为人才的竞争。有人说绝对规模公司的管理,70%应是对人力资源的管理,30%是对资产及其他管理;管好公司的前提是管好人,因为人是公司发展的决定性力量,事情都是人做的,人的问题解决了,其他管理和经营上的问题就会迎刃而解Abstract
