精品论文 参考文献 探讨小儿呼吸困难误诊漏诊的临床效果观察 大庆油田总医院 163000 　　摘要：目的 分析小儿呼吸困难误诊漏诊的原因。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2010年6月至2012年12月在我院儿科误诊漏诊的呼吸困难患儿96例，对这些患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 容易导致小儿呼吸困难误诊漏诊的原因依次为：气管、支气管异物并肺炎（26.04%）、喉、气管、支气管软化、狭窄（21.88%）、先天性心血管疾病（15.63%）、腹部疾病（10.42%）、代谢异常（9.38%）、神经系统疾病（8.33%）和中毒（7.29%）、肺出血肾炎综合征（1.04%）等。小儿呼吸困难如果出现误诊漏诊，很容易危及患儿的生命，临床上应该及时进行确诊。结论 小儿出现呼吸困难误诊漏诊的原因多为呼吸道误吸等，对于单独使用呼吸系统疾病无法合理解释的患儿应该尽早进行相应检查，以便及时确诊，以此提高患儿的临床治愈率。 　　关键词：小儿；呼吸困难；误诊漏诊 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of dyspnea in children.Methods the study was conducted from December 2012 to June 2010 in our hospital pediatric misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of dyspnea in 96 cases，the clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.The easy cause of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of dyspnea in children were：tracheobronchial foreign bodies and pneumonia（26.04%），laryngeal and tracheobronchial stenosis（21.88%），softening，congenital cardiovascular disease（15.63%），abdominal diseases（10.42%），metabolic abnormalities（9.38%），nervous system diseases and poisoning（8.33%）（7.29%），Goodpasture syndrome（1.04%）.Children with respiratory difficulties if misdiagnosis，it is easy to endanger the lives of children，should be timely diagnosis of clinical.Conclusion children cause misdiagnosis dyspnea misdiagnosis in respiratory tract aspiration，for respiratory diseases alone cannot be explained with the corresponding examination should be conducted as soon as possible，so that timely diagnosis，in order to improve the clinical cure rate. 　　[Key words]children; dyspnea; misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis 　　小儿呼吸困难是小儿呼吸道感染疾病常见的表现，如果合并有其他疾病很容易出现误诊或者漏诊[1]。小儿呼吸困难的发病急，病情进展迅速，并且容易出现严重的呼吸困难，如果诊疗不及时将威胁到患儿的生命。本文通过对96例呼吸困难误诊漏诊患儿临床资料的分析，目的在于提高小儿呼吸困难的临床诊疗水平，现将结果报道如下。 　　1.资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选择2010年6月至2012年12月在我院儿科误诊漏诊的呼吸困难患儿96例，其中男55例，女41例，年龄28天至12岁，其中28天至3个月为24例，3个月至1岁为27例，1岁至3岁为26例，3岁至7岁为13例，7岁至12岁为6例。 　　1.2呼吸困难的临床分级 　　小儿呼吸困难可以分为四个等级：①Ⅰ级，患儿在安静的情况无呼吸困难的临床表现，在活动过程中有轻微的呼吸困难。②Ⅱ级，患儿在安静的情况下有轻微的呼吸困难，活动越剧烈呼吸困难越严重。
