Through the analysis results, the setting of Huaian bus lane is further optimized and verified, and the final optimization scheme is obtained to avoid the blindness of Huaian bus lane setting Keyword： dedicate bus lane; urban traffic; VISSIM simulation; delay; Received： 2017-09-08 1 引言 随着淮安经济发展, 汽车保有量增加, 交通拥堵成为了制约淮安可持续发展的因素, 缓解问题的主要途径是优先发展交通, 公交优先的途径是设置公交专用道, 其在提高公交车运行效率方面效果显著。在淮安所有的路段中, 部分设置的公交专用道没有达到有效利用。根据淮安公交专用道上可能存在的不足, 将运用VISSIM仿真手段, 在小汽车延误、公交车延误、排队时长等方面进行专用道效果评价, 并最终得出结论。 2 淮安市公交专用道基本概念和现状调查 2.1 淮安市公交专用道的基本概念 为了体现淮安在城市发展中, 公交优先的理念。2014年5月, 全面启动了对淮海南北的交通改善的工程, 主要是对淮海南北路沿线的23个路口中的19个路口设置公交专用车道, 公交专用道采用的分时供公交车使用。高峰为三个阶段:7∶00-9∶00、11∶00-14∶00、17∶00-19∶00, 这时只有公交车可以使用公交专用道, 其他车辆使用则视为违规。平峰时段, 都可以使用公交专用道。 2.2 淮安市公交专用道现状调查 2.2
