西北地区丝绸之路的开辟和当代发展 兰永海 张德 内江师范学院马克思主义学院 X 关注成功！ 加关注后您将方便地在 我的关注中得到本文献的被引频次变化的通知！ 新浪微博 腾讯微博 人人网 开心网 豆瓣网 网易微博 摘????要： 我国西北地区是古代陆上丝绸之路开辟最早的区域, 传统的丝绸之路起自汉代都城长安, 终止地中海的罗马。正是这条连接欧亚北部的丝绸之路, 打造了一条和平共鉴的文明坦途, 成就了一条兴盛数世纪的商旅通道, 奠定了汉唐盛世, 开启了中国同世界友好交往的大门, 共同推动了人类文明的发展与进步。进入21世纪, 中国政府在以和平、发展、合作、共赢为主题的新时代, 把历史遗产转化为发展契机, 提出了共建“一带一路”的愿景与行动。西北地区迎来了新一轮丝路复兴, 当务之急是要深化西北地位的高度认识, 发挥区域优势, 实现再续丝路发展的路径与策略。文章认为, 西北地区在“丝绸之路经济带”中要用三条腿走路, “轻”字当先、“重”点落地、经贸畅“通”。 关键词： 西北; 丝绸之路; 21世纪; 经贸; 文化; 交通; 企业; 国际; 合作; 作者简介：兰永海 (1965-) , 男, 汉族, 四川蓬安人, 内江师范学院教授。研究方向:中国传统文化, 中共党史, 军事理论。 作者简介：张德 (1963-) , 男, 汉族, 四川资阳人, 内江师范学院副教授。研究方向:思想政治教育。 收稿日期：2017-08-08 The Start of Silk Road in Northwest China and Its Contemporary Development LAN Yong-hai ZHANG De College of Marxism, Neijiang Normal University; Abstract： The northwest region is the earliest area of ancient Silk Road in China.The traditional Silk Road starts from the Han Dynastys capital Changan and ends in Rome in the Mediterranean area.It is the road which connects the northern part of Europe and Asia that creates a civilization of peace and mutual existence.The road contributes to a channel of business and tourism which had been flourishing for centuries, opens the door of Chinas friendly communication with the world and jointly promotes the development of human civilization.Based on the theme of peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefits in the new era, in twenty-first century, Chinese government proposed a initiative to build “the Belt and Road”to transform the historical heritage into the development opportunity.Northwest region ushers a new round of Silk Road rejuvenation.It is imperative to deepen the understanding of the status and take full advantage of the advantage of northwest area to achieve the further development of the path and strategy of the Silk Road.The present study emphasizes that the northwest area should focus on three points:“Qing”foremost, “Zhong”implementation and“Tong”of economy and trade.
